Andrea Fredi(1974), coach, formatore e ricercatore nel panorama italiano delle moderne Tecniche Energetiche, contribuisce alla diffusione di metodi di consapevolezza e di auto-aiuto, tra i quali la più conosciuta è certamente EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Insieme con il Dr. Vincenzo Di Spazio è co-fondatore del metodo AGER, e gestisce il sito internet www.eft-italia.it punto di riferimento per EFT in lingua italiana.

Dal 2011 è operatore di Tecniche Energetiche Provocative certificato dagli ideatori del metodo, Dr. David Lake e Steve Wells. Nel 2017 ha messo a punto una nuova metodica, TAI (Tecniche di Alchimia Interiore) che attraverso il riequilibrio cosciente delle energie facilita l’espansione della consapevolezza e un incremento del benessere.

Andrea vive in Italia e tiene conferenze e seminari in diverse nazioni. Il suo percorso esperienziale si chiama Il Sentiero Interiore (www.sentierointeriore.com), costituito da quattro tecniche energetiche selezionate tra le più efficaci attualmente disponibili.
